The ABC identified many dependent care challenges across all types
of care in the Chicago area. Champion companies and local partners
of the ABC had a great number of employees affected by these challenges.
But due to the large number of companies involved in the Chicago
ABC, there were more resources available to solve these complex
problems. After implementation of over 30 types of programs, funding
companies and their employees had seen the following improvements:
